Do I need to book to travel on a day tour?
YES. Bookings are essential and our Travel Consultants will be happy to discuss the closest pickup point for you and a departure time will be confirmed at the time of booking. Traffic congestion may cause delays but for the convenience of other travellers please arrive for your tour no later than 10 minutes prior to the given time.

Where do you pick up?
Our day tour pick ups cover an area from Stones Corner through to Pine Rivers and Redcliffe. Various boarding points are available so please contact us to see which one is closest for you. Holiday tours have home taxi pickup and return provided in the cost to a limited area. Please contact us to see if your area is covered.

How do I book?
Bookings are as simple as telephoning the Cross Country Tours Office on 3869 7444 Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm Saturday 8.00am - 12.00noon. Some tours are more popular than others and early bookings are encouraged to avoid disappointment.

How can I pay for my day tour?
Fares are to be paid to the Hostess on tour.
Exceptions are:
a) Tours booked through your local Travel Agent where payment is required in full to the Agent.
b) Tours marked 'PREPAYMENT' where payment is required by Cross Country Tours Pty Ltd one month prior to departure.
Fares can also be paid by credit card up until 2 working days before departure by telephoning 3869 7444.
