Our tour begins with a visit to Binnorie Dairy, one of Australia’s premiere soft cheese makers. Visit the state-of-the-art cheesemaking centre and retail store to taste and buy their lovely cheese and many other gourmet treats. Continue on to Hunter Valley Chocolate Company, known for their innovation and dedication to quality. After hearing about the chocolate making, there will be opportunity for a tasting and to browse the shop. Our next stop is at Hunter Valley Cheese Company where we'll enjoy a demonstration of cheesemaking by an actual cheesemaker. The interactive demonstration will take you through the milk to cheese process, followed by cheese tasting. Fare includes luxury coach travel, tasting and talks along with lunch at Harrigan's Hunter Valley.
