If you are someone who has already travelled with Cross Country Tours

or you are already on our mailing list, please call the office on 07 3869 7444 to register a password for your login.

 

A client who has not already travelled with Cross Country Tours will need to set themselves up as a new user. This can be done via the website or calling the office on 07 3869 7444 to speak to one of our helpful staff. When creating a new user on our website the following tips may be useful;

 

Title - The drop down button will provide a selection of Titles to choose from. Alternatively a title can be entered manually. This field cannot be left blank

 

First Name - Enter a first name of up to 25 characters. If preferred an initial can be supplied. This field is not compulsory

 

Surname - The surname field can be of up to 20 characters in length

 

Address - Up to 4 lines each of 35 characters can be used. An address must be supplied

 

Postcode - Enter the postcode using up to 10 characters - this field cannot be left blank

 

E-mail - Up to 50 characters can be used for your e-mail address. All clients created via the internet must have an e-mail address.

 

Phone No - Up to 3 telephone numbers can be entered - it is not compulsory for any of these fields to be completed. Daytime Phone No, Evening Phone No and Mobile No

 

Fax No - Fax details can be stored using up to 25 alpha numeric characters against the number

 

Web Password - this field is designed to store your password - as the password is entered, it will be hidden from view with ******. To minimise errors, it is necessary for you to re type your password - once the two fields match, your user details will be accepted.
