Christmas At Kingscliff

Day 1

Brisbane - Gold Coast - Kingscliff
Your tour begins with a transfer to meet our coach before travelling to the northern Gold Coast for morning tea. Continue on to board Sea World Cruises' luxurious, Queensland built "Spirit of Elston". Glide along the waters of the Gold Coast canals, blending the best of sightseeing and informative commentary with a delicious lunch. Views from both the deck and the large windows will allow you to see the magnificent homes, the glittering waters of the Broadwater and other renowned locations such as Sea World and Marina Mirage. This afternoon, we will reboard our coach to make our way across the border into the Tweed to settle into our accommodation for the next three nights, located on the beachfront at Salt Beach, Kingscliff.

Please note that Mantra on Salt Beach is a cashless venue. All incidentals will need to be paid for by credit card or eftpos and any purchases made on the public holidays will incur a 15% surcharge.

Day 2

Kingscliff - Byron Bay
After breakfast we make our way to the Byron Bay area, home to Australia's most easterly point. Begin with a visit to Zentveld's Coffee Farm and Roastery, located in the hills behind Byron Bay, for a Crop to Cup tour of the coffee plantation (please note closed in shoes and a hat are essential today). Continue on for a ride on the Byron Solar Train before visiting the Cape Byron Lighthouse offering scenic coastal views. Purchase your own lunch before returning to our accommodation, where there will be time to enjoy some of the resort facilities, before dining out this evening.

Day 3

Merry Christmas
There is time allowed this morning for those wishing to attend a Christmas Day church service, or alternatively, you may choose to relax at the resort. We will then join back together late morning ready for our Christmas buffet luncheon with all the trimmings, including seafood and a drinks package. This afternoon, take a scenic drive through the lush green valley of the Tweed Valley, catching a glimpse of the stunning Tweed River.

Day 4

Kingscliff - Brisbane
Today we farewell the luxury of Mantra on Salt Beach as we make our way through the scenic Numinbah Valley. Stop at Hinze Dam in Arrowtown for morning tea before continuing on to Mount Tamborine. Spend some time at Gallery Walk before enjoying lunch together and this afternoon, sit back and relax as we make our way back to Brisbane, where on arrival, our crew will have your transfers arranged.
