Day 1

Home - Mount Evelyn
Your tour begins with a flight to Melbourne, where our friendly crew will be waiting to greet you. From here, enjoy lunch before travelling through picturesque countryside to the renowned Yarra Valley. Delight in a wine tasting experience at Greenstone Vineyards, nestled amongst rolling vineyards and scenic vistas. Afterwards, continue on to the breathtaking Dandenong Ranges and Yarra Valley region, where we will settle into our accommodation for the next five nights.

Day 2

Rayners Orchard - Tesselaar Tulip Festival
After breakfast, travel to Woori Yallock, for a visit to Rayner's Orchard. This boutique fruit orchard grows fruit all year round and there will be opportunity for a sample or two during our tractor fruit tasting tour. Next, visit the Tesselaar Tulip Festival where the beauty of over half a million tulips across 25 acres of farmland, is breathtaking. Purchase your own lunch today as you take in all that the festival has on offer. Make sure your camera is fully charged so you can take plenty of photos as you 'tiptoe through the tulips'. There will also be opportunity to ride the Tulip Train around the colourful fields (own expense).

Day 3

Healesville Sanctuary
This morning our first stop is Healesville, known as a regional hub for the Yarra Valley. After morning tea, visit the Healesville Sanctuary, a distinctly Australian setting for visitors to experience close up encounters with some of Australia's unique and endearing wildlife. Purchase your own lunch today before continuing on for a visit to the stunning Alowyn Gardens, where beautifully landscaped gardens, seasonal blooms and charming pathways create a peaceful and picturesque experience.

Day 4

Dandenong Ranges
This morning visit RJ Hamer Arboretum and the Alfred Nicholas Memorial Gardens which are the original gardens of the historic Burnham Beeches Estate. The gardens are renowned for their waterfalls, water features and ornamental lake and boathouse. Next, spend some time in the quaint township of Sassafras, boasting a 19th Century charm and perhaps step into Geppetto's Workshop - Australia's finest puppet and toy store.

Day 5

Dandenong Ranges
Travel to Cloudehill Garden and Nursery, home to 25 gardens in total. Explore each with its character and season of interest before continuing on to the Dandenong Ranges Botanic Gardens. Hear we'll see the stunning collections of rhododendrons, azaleas, camellias and more across 50 hectares gardens overlooking the Yarra Valley. Next stop is Olinda, the highest village in the Dandenong Ranges, and this afternoon, take in the spectacular views from Skyhigh Mount Dandenong, set 633m above sea level. Take a stroll through the beautiful landscaped gardens, visit the Australiana tree or maybe just relax on the Giants Chair while taking in the views!

Day 6

Mount Evelyn - Home
After farewelling our hosts, visit Warratina Lavender Farm for a stroll around the tranquil surroundings. Enjoy morning tea in the Lavender Cottage Tea Rooms where you can also purchase products from the gift store if you choose. It's now time to farewell the beautiful Dandenong Ranges and make our way back to Melbourne for lunch, prior to checking in for your flight home.
